CHIP is a financial services marketplace that makes finding Black and Latinx financial professionals easier. CHIP started due to the lack of visibility and representation of Black and Latinx financial professionals in the financial services industry. Our goal is to bridge the gap between consumers of Color and qualified financial and legal professionals so everyone can prosper.

Dana L. Wilson, MBA, founded CHIP while working as an investment advisor in New York City. She has spent over sixteen years in financial services. Dana has worked on Wall Street and at Merrill Lynch, State Farm, and SunTrust Bank. In 2020, Wilson tapped into her professional network to create a directory of Black and Latinx Financial professionals to build a bridge to start a wealth-building movement to accelerate progress and deliver change for Black and Latinx Americans to help close the racial wealth gap.
