Dana L. Wilson, MBA, launched CHIP while working as an investment advisor in New York City. With over sixteen years of experience in financial services, she has worked on Wall Street and held key roles at Merrill Lynch, State Farm, and SunTrust Bank. In 2020, Dana leveraged her extensive professional network to create a directory of Black and Latinx financial professionals—igniting a wealth-building movement to accelerate progress, drive meaningful change, and help close the racial wealth gap.
