Cameo leads a Practice Management and Fractional COO agency she founded, Atlas Park Consulting where she helps control the operational chaos blocking wealth management firms from growing and scaling revenue. A vetted coaching resource on the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management platform, Cameo has also contributed as a freelance writer to US News & World Report, Practice Management division.

An advocate of early DE&I efforts, in 2017 Cameo co-founded the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative for the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). Cameo’s leadership helped create and position the program to become a beacon for diversity within the financial planning profession.

Cameo gained her in-the-trenches experience across fee-only and fee-based advisory firms and bodes well for operations development and management to small, mid, and large size companies. Cameo obtained her bachelor’s in Business Administration, concentrating in International Business from California State University, Long Beach. Has her Series 65 license, a Project Management Certification from The University of California, Berkeley and a Professional Certificate, Personal Financial Planning from The University of California, Santa Cruz.
