Malcolm collaborates cross-functionally to align technology with business objectives and customer needs, implements cost-effective development frameworks, and leverages trusted partners to deliver MVPs with minimal overhead, freeing leadership to focus on growth and market traction. He has also established foundational infrastructure and vendor relationships that position CHIP for rapid iteration and future expansion. Serving as a bridge CTO, Malcolm combines strategic guidance with hands-on problem-solving until a permanent technical leader is in place.
