Olivia C. Smith

Olivia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Spelman College. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola New Orleans College of Law and has been practicing law for thirteen years. Olivia a partner and owner of Smith & Robinson Law Group (SR Law Group). SR Law Group is an estate planning, elder law, and probate law firm with a focus in the African American community. Olivia is also the co-host of Black Parents Aging, a podcast focused on assisting the children of aging parents as they navigate the changing landscape. Olivia was inspired to practice estate planning after experiencing the impact of inadequate planning in her own family.

She is passionate about educating and empowering families to protect their legacy and build wealth through estate planning. She believes her work is not just a career but a calling. Olivia works each day to change the attitude in the African American community around estate planning and death. Olivia is the Estates and Probate Chair for the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys. She is also very active in her community and loves mentoring girls and young women.
